Note: In the assessment of VICEL's opportunities and risks, it is established that the company does not carry out any manufacturing and project development activities. The services provided by VICEL are established by the equipment manufacturer where the Technical Management acts as an interlocutor for critical analysis.

8.5.1 f – Validation of “special” processes. The services provided by VICEL are verified by measurement and monitoring before the equipment is made available to customers.
